YIELD International Outreach Programs-Donations and Support

Too many youth often times find themselves in circumstances that constantly delve them to a point of mental, spiritual, economic and sometimes physical abandonment and/or anemia. Our Mission and Our Vision is structured to address and facilitate empowerment, stability and upward mobility.

Monetary, time and resource donations are the life blood of most non-profit organizations and YIELD is no exception. In order to continue our successful track record the organization requires continued support in all three categories. There are several ways to be a contributor. Donate money, time, and/or asset resources.

Monetary

YIELD needs your monetary support. As with most non-profit organizations, donations and partnerships can be the life blood for organizational sustainability.

YEILD International Outreach Programs is classified by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This specific tax code designation allows contributors to deduct the charitable amount given, thereby lowering the tax liablility at tax season or at the donor's applicable tax time.

Volunteer

YIELD volunteers are an essential element for delivery of services. Volunteerism helps to develop inter-generational interactions. The time invested in youth is rewarded with dividends that continue to appreciate year after year, student by student.

Resources

Most long-term non-profits need a mixture of resources to remain on course and have a stable future. Donating appreciable assets and other net-gain financial instruments help in that much needed stability.

Intangibles such as services and intellectual property can provide excellent giving opportunities. If you operate a business that can supply goods or services to the YIELD, the value of the goods or services will be considered an In-Kind Gift and gift credit will be given as any other type gift. The Store

Another way of supporting YIELD is through purchasing top quality merchandise presented in our on-line catalog-The Store. Many of the items are either produced by YIELD volunteers and participants or soon will be. Through YIELD's entreprenuer initiatives, emphasis is put on producing high quality goods, services and creative marketing.
